JUNMAI SAKE
Pure Rice Sake with no distilled alcohol added. The original and traditional method of brewing sake using only rice, water and Koji mold.
GINJO SAKE
40% of rice milled away. Brewed with labor intensive steps, eschewing machinery, and fermented at colder temperatures for longer periods, preseving freshness and subtle flavors.
DAIGINJO SAKE
The same as Ginjo Sake but with at least 50% rice polish. The pinnacle of the Sake Brewers Art. Generally light, complex and fragrant.
OZEKI SAKE
Served warm - small or large
OZEKI SUPER DRY
180ml -A dry delicate premium sake with soft gentle flavors.
SHO CHIKU BAI -ORGANIC NAMA
300 ml-1st U.S. Sake made from organic rice. Delicate full bodied smooth distinct flavor that is just a hint fruity.
ZIPANG SPARKLING SAKE
250 ml -Naturally carbonated sweet yet refreshingly light flavor.
HAKUSHlKA "SNOW BEAUTY"
300ml -Junmai unfiltered. A non-filtered sake with pure original rice flavor and a mellow finish.
RIHAKU "WANDERING POET"
300ml -Junmai Ginjo. This well rounded sake with notes of banana and very ripe honeydew aromas has a clean crisp acidity that highlights its light-to-medium body. The lingering finish moves from juicy fruitiness to green herbal notes making it a great food companion.
MANTENSAI "STAR FILLED SKY"
300 ml-Junmai Ginjo. Soft, Honey laced nose with just a tad of fruitiness. Dry overall, but with a sweet element creeping out of the background.
GINGA SHIZUKU "DIVINE DROPLETS"
300 ml -Junmai Daiginjo. Medium bodied and clean with melons, herbs, vanilla essense and concentrated mineral flavors, long, focused, ethereal finish. Simply divine.
