HAKUSHlKA "SNOW BEAUTY"
300ml -Junmai unfiltered. A non-filtered sake with pure original rice flavor and a mellow finish.
RIHAKU "WANDERING POET"
300ml -Junmai Ginjo. This well rounded sake with notes of banana and very ripe honeydew aromas has a clean crisp acidity that highlights its light-to-medium body. The lingering finish moves from juicy fruitiness to green herbal notes making it a great food companion.
MANTENSAI "STAR FILLED SKY"
300 ml-Junmai Ginjo. Soft, Honey laced nose with just a tad of fruitiness. Dry overall, but with a sweet element creeping out of the background.
GINGA SHIZUKU "DIVINE DROPLETS"
300 ml -Junmai Daiginjo. Medium bodied and clean with melons, herbs, vanilla essense and concentrated mineral flavors, long, focused, ethereal finish. Simply divine.
